Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Combo unavailability due to heatbed troubleshooting
Bambu Lab calls for immediate discontinuation of A1/A1 Combo 3D printers due to heatbed issues; promises refund or replacement and has announced an upgraded version available in May 2024.
Problem with the headbed cable of A1 series printers (according to Bambu lab)
On 29.1.2024 we received an email notification see below and on approx. 6.2.2024 we were notified not by BBL but by the server Žive.cz and by contact from our clients to the challenge see link below. We attach a machine translation of it below the original email.
So far no one has reported a problem from our clients and as far as we are concerned we are following the original email, with the proviso that we send the clients a free printed part based on the order in our e-shop via the PACKAGING COMPANY free of charge at our expense.
