FYSETC All Metal CNC Sherpa Extruder with Moons Spiral Gear Motor Low weight Upgradable 3D Printer Parts for Voron Ender3 BLV

About the product:

1. Name:CNC Metal Sherpa Mini Extruder

2. Applicable models: VORON, CR-10, CR10S, CR-10 4S, CR-10 5S, CR-10 MINI, CR-20, ENDER-2, ENDER-3, ENDER-3 PRO, ENDER-3 V2 , Gasherbrum K3. If you can design a mounting bracket, it fits almost all FDM 3D printers.

3. Colour: space grey

4. Processing technology: cnc

5. Material: aerospace aluminium

6. Properties

1) CNC hollowed all-metal shell, high quality accessories, high precision, good strength, not easy to deform, high temperature resistance

2) Hollow sleeve design, lightweight design, light weight, less inertia

3) CNC POM gearbox, reduction gear design, high gear ratio, to achieve higher extrusion torque

4) High-quality nano-coated hard steel gears, wear-resistant, good precision and long service life

5) Moons 36 engine with 8 teeth, good thermal control capability, low heat development and high torque

6) There is a metal Teflon tube joint at one end, which can be adapted to multiple models in a short distance

7. Weight: 137,7g

9. Remark:

It is necessary to adjust the E axis step value of the extruder, for example: the E axis step value of Ender3 is 870.

1) The maximum driving current of the extruder is 1A, and it is recommended to use about 0.8A, which will not cause excessive heat

Reason for current adjustment: to obtain a more suitable torque to avoid overheating of the motor

2) Marlin firmware modifies the pulse method of the extruder (8 teeth, 36 motor settings)

Method 1: Adjust the extruder pulse using the firmware:

#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT { 80, 80, 400, 870 }

Method 2: Sending the G code (can be sent with the slicing software command):

M92 E870

M500

3) Motor pulse value of 10 teeth 36:691

4) Firmware Klipper modifies the rotation_distance value
