BAMBU Lab Hardened Steel Extruder Gear Assembly X1,P1P

Overview
The hardened steel extruder gearbox assembly is an internal part of the hardened steel extruder unit. It consists of a drive and an active gear, which together feed the filament into the hot end device.

The extruder gearbox assembly is made of durable materials and is designed for long life. However, if abrasion or clogging occurs due to prolonged use, the extruder gearbox assembly can be easily replaced.

Thanks to the hardened steel gears, the extrusion unit is able to print with durable technical filaments such as carbon fibre nylon and glass fibre nylon.

*The P1P stainless steel extruder can be upgraded to a hardened steel extruder by simply changing the extruder gearbox assembly.
