Description
The robust Voron Tap from CHAOTICLAB has been precision machined using multi-axis CNC milling. It is an Al6061 TG aluminum construction with increased wear and high temperature resistance, where the entire tool head moves and triggers the optical sensor.
Voron Tap is equipped with Omron D2FP-FN optical microswitch. It convinces with its high sensitivity and accuracy as well as its long service life (for more than 70 million uses).
The installation of Voron Tap takes place in several steps. Its housing is supplied assembled and should not be disassembled by yourself as unwanted damage to the product may occur.
Note: the HIWIN profile guide rail is already pre-assembled.
> Attention! The Voron Tap is designed for 5 V: 24 V can cause permanent sensor failure!
