Description
Hard-to-beat elegance and robustness: the K1C from Creality is a powerful high-speed 3D printer that is specifically designed for printing from carbon fiber reinforced materials. The printer combines very high speed and robust design with intelligent features to achieve the highest quality standards. With a build volume of 220 x 220 x 250 mm and a maximum print speed of 600 mm/s, the K1C takes your 3D printing to the next level.

Modern elegance combined with exceptional robustness

The solid unibody frame of the K1C consists of larger, robust parts made by an integrated die-casting process. As a result, the individual frame sides flow seamlessly into each other, with barely visible connection points.

To compensate for the robust construction, the 3D printer is equipped with tinted glass sidewalls and a transparent acrylic lid. This combination creates a thermal enclosure with the ability to see inside the chamber at any time.

All-metal extruder for firm filament attachment

The K1C's all-metal extrusion system comes in a non-clogging design. The extruder is equipped with a support spring and ball plunger and maintains a firm grip on the filament without giving way.

Like the K1, the K1C features a lightweight and dynamic CoreXY construction designed for very high speeds while maintaining print quality.

The K1C features a durable copper nozzle with a steel tip and a titanium alloy heat sink. The nozzle can be easily replaced.

Triple cooling for better print quality

> Hot end fan for minimal heat leakage

The hotend fan means that almost no heat penetrates from the hotend into the extruder. This prevents the filament from melting too soon.

> Part cooling fan for instant curing

A strong gust of air strengthens the freshly printed layers via a special air channel. The result is better bonding of the layers and a nicer layer structure.

> Additional fan for better overall print quality

An additional fan on the side of the chamber supports the cooling of the model. This additional fan can minimize warping and stringing on bridges and overhangs.

The weight of the print head fan is also dynamically balanced, so it is less likely to wobble or cause ringing or ghosting.

Easy carbon fibre printing

The K1C printer can easily handle carbon fiber filaments due to its specific characteristics:

? 300°C hot end combined with hardened steel nozzle tip is suitable for high temperature and wear resistant CF filaments,

? flexible PEI construction plate offers excellent adhesion to a variety of materials and allows easy removal of 3D printed models by gentle bending,

? the closed chamber design creates a constant high temperature environment for thicker prints.

Material-independent printing for versatile use

The K1C printer is suitable for printing from PLA, ASA, ABS or TPU to create toys, props, storage boxes, ornaments, etc.

In addition to standard materials, the K1C printer can also use carbon fiber filaments such as PLA-CF or PET-CF to print mechanically strong parts that are resistant to wear, deformation and aging. In industrial printing, they can be used for various devices and prototypes with amazing mechanical strength and dimensional stability.

Built-in camera with artificial intelligence for better visibility

The built-in AI camera monitors the printing process and alerts you if errors occur. Includes features: spaghetti detection, foreign body detection, time-lapse recording, video surveillance.
