Description

The E3D Revo HotSide High Flow Fully Loaded is a nozzle kit that allows you to get maximum volume flow from your Revo hotend for excellent high flow results.

Innovative Revo High Flow Nozzles

Revo High Flow nozzles feature a number of innovations. First, they have improved internal nozzle geometry for better heat transfer to the filament. In addition, they increase the volumetric flow rate of the device, ensuring high print speeds even when using standard print materials.

Unlike other E3D High Flow nozzles, such as the Volcano or SuperVolcano, the Revo High Flow nozzles have the same shape as the standard Revo hotends. Therefore, no modifications to the existing brackets and fan ducts are required. Changing the nozzle only takes about 30 seconds.

HeaterCore with 60 watts of power

In most cases, for example when printing with PLA or PETG, a 40W HeaterCore is sufficient. For maximum performance, especially when working at very high temperatures, it is worth combining the nozzle with the 60W HeaterCore. This heats up much faster than a conventional heating block, but has a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) as a "safety measure" which reduces its output as the temperature rises.

The HeaterCore is fixed with a spring which is included in the delivery. Therefore, you only need to screw in the Revo nozzle and the nozzle can be replaced without tools. You can forget about the dangerous handling of hot material!
