Material properties
TPU FLEX Hard CF
TPU Flex Hard Carbon combines the two worlds of fibre composites and an extremely resistant and durable polycaprolactone polyester-based elastomer. Carbon reinforces the TPU and makes it more durable and rigid. It also creates an excellent carbon look. The material is also very easy to process and has very low deformation. It has been specially developed for industrial applications. The material is optimized for the FFF/FDM process in terms of thermal stability and improved flow properties. The raw material is REACH and RoHS compliant.

TPU Flex Hard Carbon has a temperature resistance of up to 138 °C.
Simplicity of printing
TPU Flex Carbon is suitable for printers with bowden extruder. Due to its flexibility, water retention and temperature resistance, TPU Flex should be used primarily by experienced users.
Visual quality
Flex Hard Carbon is matte and has a beautiful carbon look.
Adhesion of layers
TPU Flex has an extremely good adhesion layer. The layers cannot be separated by human power.
Impact resistance
TPU Flex has excellent impact toughness and is therefore suitable for extreme industrial applications.
