Intelligent boiler control
Until now, the boiler control was controlled by the outside temperature. With the new Fröling Extension, it will be possible to control the boiler according to the current needs in individual rooms in the smart home from Loxone. The thermostat in each room informs the boiler of the current temperature and only heats up where it is needed. The Fröling Extension in combination with individual temperature control in each room can save up to 30% energy.

Boiler: high heating demand
The weather outside is overcast and gloomy. Thus, no heat from the sun's rays enters the house through the windows.
The bathroom is at a comfortable temperature, but the living room is 2°C lower than required.

STATUS INFORMATION
One look at the Loxone App is all it takes to check the status and values of your boiler, storage tank or heating circuit - anytime, anywhere.
From the sensors it is possible to find out: fault reports, status of heating circuit pumps, various boiler values, outside temperature, temperature of the storage tank, boiler and heating water, state of charge of the storage tank.
YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY
Thanks to the Fröling Extension connection, you will always be informed in good time if the heating circuit malfunctions or if limit values are reached. The system will alert you by phone, email or, for example, with a flashing light and an acoustic signal from the music system. This gives you plenty of time to deal with unexpected situations.
