For the production of ABS filaments (3D printing strings) we use high quality material MAGNUM™ from Trinseo, which is produced by continuous polymerization technology. The result is a polymer that combines excellent workability and aesthetic qualities. This is the best-in-class ABS used by leading automotive manufacturers. In 3D printer applications, they are characterized by high quality printed part surfaces, high thermal stability, matte surface appearance and very low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions. Our ABS 3D filaments are suitable for printing functional samples, tools and things for everyday use. ABS is not a suitable material for printing objects that will be exposed to the weather for long periods of time and for medical applications.

• Recommended printing temperature: 220-240 °C
• Pad temperature: 80-120 °C

• Print speed: 30-80 mm/sec
