Unique multi-sensor technology: motion, presence and brightness detection
A conventional motion sensor does not recognise whether a person is sitting at a desk or in front of the TV, for example, and is not moving. The problem also occurs when the sensor is covered by, for example, an open door and the person is not in the detection area. To ensure reliable presence detection in all situations, we developed the Presence Sensor. Thanks to the unique multisensor technology, you can save your customer the cost of additional detectors.
High range
It's got it all in spades: 360° scanning at 110° (8 m diameter with 3 m ceiling height). Adjustable sensitivity in 4 stages.
Presence detection
Presence detected based on motion is augmented by an acoustic sensor. The acoustic detection limit can be set using Loxone Config.
Illuminance sensor
The high quality, wide-range illuminance sensor is ideal for implementing brightness-dependent functions.
Versatileacoustic sensor
Thanks to the integrated acoustic sensor, the Occupancy Sensor offers an even wider range of possible applications.
Automatic operation time
The lights are activated by movement. The lights are kept on by movement and also by acoustics. For example, if you're watching TV and there's no movement in the room, the lights will stay on based on the acoustic sensor.
Easy reactivation
When the lights in the room are switched off, they can easily be switched back on within 10 seconds with noise.
Individual alarm threshold
If a certain noise level (configurable in Loxone Config) is exceeded, the alarm output of the Occupancy Sensor is activated. Loxone Miniserver will then trigger an alarm or send you an alert.
This is how noise detection works
The occupancy sensor is equipped with an acoustic sensor that detects sounds and measures the volume level. Everything is transferred to the Loxone Miniserver.
Planning & ?installation
The flat design makes integration of the Tree Occupancy Sensor seamless. We recommend to place the Intrinsic Occupancy Sensor in the middle between two LED Spots.
Presence detection in assisted living
Elderly people or people in need of care often live alone and presence detection is a great feature to ensure their safety. If the Occupancy Sensor does not detect activity in the room for a period of time, it can send an alert to caregivers or a loved one.

The Tree occupancy sensor and other Tree products are put into operation quickly and easily thanks to Plug&Play features. They also work perfectly with other components of the Loxone system. Thanks to flexible wiring, everything is ready in a few moments.
The Air occupancy sensor connects wirelessly to the Loxone Air system. Thanks to the energy-saving technology, the occupancy detector can be supplied with 24VDC power supply or with a battery (lifetime of approx. 2 years).
