ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga giant
is an industrial-grade 3D printer designed for extremely large projects. With its huge working area and advanced features, this device is ideal for professionals who need a reliable tool for producing large-format models. The OrangeStorm Giga printer opens up completely new possibilities in prototyping, architecture, industrial design and manufacturing, allowing you to create parts that would have to be split into smaller pieces on other machines.
- Maximum creative possibilities If you need to print on a large scale, the OrangeStorm Giga is the ideal choice. With a working area of 800 x 800 x 1000 mm, it allows you to create full-size models and saves you time cutting designs into smaller pieces. Just load the model and let the printer do the work - a simpler and more efficient solution for large projects.
- Fast and efficient platform heating The OrangeStorm Giga heating platform consists of four independent PEI tiles, each measuring 410 x 410 mm. The entire surface can be heated evenly to 100 °C in just 17 minutes, allowing for faster printing and ensuring better adhesion of models to the platform. The ability to automatically identify and heat only the active part of the platform also enables significant energy savings.
- Extreme printing speed The OrangeStorm Giga printer is equipped with a powerful 64-bit quad-core processor that provides the stability and computing power needed for high-speed printing. With a maximum print speed of 300 mm/s (recommended speed 150 mm/s), the OrangeStorm Giga is one of the fastest printers in its class, significantly reducing the time required to complete large projects.
- Even more possibilities The OrangeStorm Giga printer supports simultaneous printing with four nozzles. In a single cycle, you can print four copies of the same model using different filament colours or the same material. This feature allows you to create multi-coloured models and increases production flexibility, which is particularly useful in commercial and industrial applications.
- Efficient cooling The OrangeStorm Giga printer is equipped with powerful cooling fans on both sides of the chassis to increase stability and printing accuracy. Intelligent fan control allows the fans to be turned off after printing, reducing energy consumption and noise while extending the life of the device.
- Reliable construction and high-quality components The OrangeStorm Giga is a 3D printer with a robust construction featuring linear guides on the X and Y axes, which increases print stability and head movement accuracy. The Z axis is equipped with an advanced guide mechanism that ensures smooth and precise movement. In addition, a sturdy steel base and non-slip feet are used to ensure the stability of the device during operation.
- Advanced print head with automatic calibration The OrangeStorm Giga's print head reaches temperatures of up to 300 °C, allowing you to print from a variety of materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU and nylon. A chrome-zirconium copper nozzle and a 60W ceramic heater ensure even and accurate material flow, while PID calibration and automatic resonance compensation further enhance print quality and stability.
