Extremely reliable
The alarm is announced by a loud acoustic signal and a red flashing LED. The smoke detector operates independently of the mains connection, so that fire detection is ensured even in the event of a power failure.
Location and number of smoke detectors
The correct number and especially the location of smoke detectors is crucial. When planning your Real Smart Home, be sure to consider the exact location and number of smoke detectors. We recommend placing smoke detectors in the following rooms:

Fully integrated but still independent
The Loxone Air smoke detector can be quickly and easily integrated into the Loxone smart home. In the event of an alarm, a signal is sent to the Miniserver via Loxone Air technology. The Miniserver then responds and triggers other warning functions. It will turn on the lights, pull the blinds and make a call (if Caller Service is active).

Initial alarm
In the event of a fire alarm, the Caller Service is called first and a notification is displayed. In this way, customers are immediately informed of an alarm even if no one is present in the house.
Main alarm
Real Smart Home uses every means at its disposal to alert you to the danger. It responds with flashing lights, opens the shielding and triggers a house-wide alarm sound via the Music Server.
Battery status
The smoke detector is equipped with a long-life battery. The battery status is checked daily by the Miniserver and can be displayed in the visualization at any time. We are reliably informed when the battery is nearing the end of its life. The miniserver will send us an email, display a notification on the phone and can even call us. The detector itself notifies low battery by flashing the LED.
